ONLINE ["Sleep Solidarity Space"]

This is a weekly group session on Zoom open to anyone who wants to offload, ask questions, fact check, share practical tips etc... & just generally feel supported and less alone.  It is intended to be a welcoming, empowering and  accessible service for expectant and new parents with babies <18m old (so not just those feeling they are in a sleep 'crisis', when individual support may be more appropriate) with it's interactive small group (max 8 screens) open discussion format.

It takes place every Friday 10-11am and costs £5/session (which is in part donated back to The Breastfeeding Cafe CIC).

Please register by completing and submitting this form:

  • each session will be 90min long with bespoke content (will depend on needs/wants of each group)
  • groups will be  lively and interactive. Up-to-date evidenced based information will be interspersed with practical tips, exploring common scenarios plus lots of chances to share experiences and ask questions

[£90/group of 2-6 friends]

group participants become eligible for 20% discount on family support services
